Abstract

This book provides all necessary information for setting up and establishing until annulling a charity organization in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). It can be considered a comprehensive handbook and thus can be used by managers, lawmakers, and policymakers of the field in Iran for organizing and regulating charities.

Many parts of the book refer to the guidelines, laws, and regulations in the UK and are not applicable to Iranian charitable institutes, however, there are sections that address general topics such as administrating charities which can be useful for all charity organizations.
